Shah Rukh Khan's highly anticipated action entertainer King is reportedly nearing the finish line. According to the latest reports, the film has entered its final phase of production, with only one major international shooting schedule remaining before the cameras stop rolling.

The makers are reportedly planning to shoot the film's final overseas schedule in August, with the team currently scouting locations across the United States and South America. The international leg is expected to feature several high-octane action sequences and crucial portions of the narrative, following which the film will move into post-production.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is one of the biggest Bollywood projects currently in production. The film marks the theatrical debut of Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan alongside the superstar and boasts a star-studded ensemble that reportedly includes Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma and Raghav Juyal.

The project has generated massive buzz ever since production began, with the makers mounting the film on a grand scale featuring elaborate action blocks across multiple international locations. With the final schedule expected to conclude in August, King is now on track for its planned theatrical release in December 2026, setting the stage for one of the biggest Bollywood releases of the year.
